how long will my order take to get to me?
The shipping time depends on your geographical location. Please request an approximate shipping time when you place your order.
why does the freight seem high?
The size and weight of an item, as well as the location it is being shipped to dictates the overall cost of shipping. Items that are heavy, bulky or have a far distance to travel will incur a higher freight rate. As well, we have no minimum order, as a result, sometimes, the freight will out weigh the value of the goods especially if an item is heavy but, inexpensive (eg. giftware boxes).
do you ship internationally?
We ship primarily to Continental USA and Canada. We can ship FedEx International Air to other countries but it tends to be very expensive if the actual physical size of the order is large.
are your prices wholesale prices?
The prices listed at our site are indeed wholesale, not retail.
do you sell to the general public?
Our website is available to everyone. For taxes, in Canada, GST, PST(where applicable) and HST(where applicable) applies to all provinces.
can I pick up my order from your warehouse?
Pick up is available at our Mississauga, Winnipeg, or Calgary locations only. Your order must be placed in advance and you will be called when your order is ready for pick up.
can you use my UPS or FedEx account for delivery?
We prefer to use our own shipping system. Our rates with these companies are very competitive and reflect the amount of shipments that are moved from our facility daily. If you prefer to use your own shipping account(commonly called shipping "collect"), simply provide us with your shipping account number.
can I return my item if I do not like it?

do you provide samples?
We offer thousands of products to allow our customers to select from the widest variety of creative packaging available. For this reason, we cannot warehouse part-cases for sampling. We have an incredible in-house web design team who are constantly amending, improving and adjusting our product shots for the best online visual representation that we can offer. For many ribbon lines we do sell color charts to allow you to make the correct color choice. As well, we offer pantone numbers to assist with color matching. We sell many products in smaller lots so you do not have to commit to a larger volume order. As well, we have no minimum order. With regards to custom branded samples, we are able to send samples of products we have printed to assist with large custom orders. As well, for all custom orders that are in the production process, we email art proofs for your approval, showing positioning and layout for your approval prior to making printing plates.
I am branding a product, will I receive a paper proof prior to production?
Yes, we always supply a detailed emailed proof for you to approve before we advance to printing plate production. We even note that you are the proof reader and to be careful to ensure all information is in order. This is an added security that is imperative when custom branding for you to receive the correct printing.
