If you would like to return or exchange product, please contact Customer Service at 1 800 565 8855 for a Return Authorization form. Returns must be in original condition and quantity. All returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. The re-stocking fee covers the following:
If a product is marked with a "Non-returnable Item" icon in the top right, the item cannot be returned to us for a refund or credit on your account.
Returns must be handled within 2 weeks of the ship date. A Return Authorization form issued by email from our Customer Service must accompany the return parcel, otherwise there will be no way for our receiving to identify the goods for a refund. The freight on return goods must be handled by the customer and packed and returned in original condition. The original freight on the order is not part of the refund to be processed upon receipt. Refunds are processed within 10 days after we have recieved your return.
Note: There are no returns or refunds on Custom Branded items.
For product shipped incorrectly or in error, please contact Customer Service at 1 800 565 8855 to process a call tag once verified.
If goods have arrived damaged, please contact Customer Service and accompany at digital photo(s) documenting damage to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will determine if it's valid to either pick up, or process a claim with the carrier. We will replace damaged goods or, refund the damaged quantity. Damage reports must be made within 1 weeks of receipt of order.
