FAQ

What is your Return Policy?
You must call us within 48 hours of receiving your order to alert us of any problems or concerns. Returns will only be accepted up to 30 days from receipt of goods. Any returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. 
No returns will be accepted on any special order or custom items.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Depending on the Product Availability of the items ordered, you will be able to estimate the approximate ship date of your order. 
Delivery by ground can take up to 5 business days.
All orders are not processed and shipped until payment, or credit card information is received.

Are your prices wholesale?
The prices listed at our site are indeed wholesale, not retail.

What will my Shipping/Freight charges be?
We ship via UPS ground in the USA and Canada. We also ship all USP air option(to be quoted on individually) This are our preferred carriers. We pass on our discounted volume rates from these carriers to our customers.
We ship by standard by Ground Transportation. Standard Ground rates apply in checkout. Some bulky items in volume can be cubed and the online checkout rate may not be correct. If the order is cubed at higher freight, our shipping will call to advise of additional freight charges. 

Can I use my shipper account for my order?
Yes, we will accept collect accounts from all major carriers.

What about Backorders?
Your order may have back orders. If you would prefer to have a complete shipment, please note this preference on your order form. Delivery can sometimes be extended as a result.
