Policies, Terms and Conditions:
Return Policy
You must call us within 48 hours of receiving your order to alert us of any problems or concerns. You must call us to make arrangements prior to returning any goods or the return may be refused. Returns will only be accepted up to 30 days from receipt of goods. Items cannot be returned after more than 30 days from receipt of goods unless arrangements have been made with management. Any returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We will not accept any items that are returned collect unless the customer and salesperson have made prior arrangements.

No returns will be accepted on any special order or custom items.

Dunwoody Booth Packaging reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of certain merchandise at any time and for any reason.

Returning Items 
Any item approved to be returned must come back to us in "as new" condition and must be in the original packaging. We will not accept any items that are returned collect unless the customer and salesperson have made prior arrangements.

Product Specifications
Although Dunwoody Booth Packaging has made every attempt to ensure correctness of measurements and other product specifications, we take no responsibility when errors of this nature occur on our website or in our other publications. If you require confirmation of a specific dimension or other specification, please contact us.

Custom Orders
All custom orders are subject to a 50% deposit. Custom orders include any custom printed bags, labels, or boxes as well as any non-stocked items that have been specially ordered from any supplier or manufacturer. There is no returns on any custom or special order items.

All prices on Dunwoody Booth Packaging are in USD and are subject to change.
Due to the constant fluctuation of fuel prices, manufacturing fees, etc., prices are subject to change without notice.  Our website is updated on a more regular basis and prices featured here will be more current.

Damaged Shipments
You must notify us within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of any damaged items received. You must inspect your order for damaged box corners, crushed boxes, etc., prior to signing for the delivery. If there is a damaged piece, you must sign for it as damaged and notify us immediately. If your order is damaged and no claim has been reported within 24 hours, the carrier will not honour your claim for the damaged items.

Address Corrections
An incorrect address on your order may cause our freight carrier to redirect your order to your current address causing undue delay and costly surcharges. Having a correct billing and shipping address in your order is your responsibility. If there are any address correction redirection charges related to your order, we will contact you and you will be required to pay for them. Please make sure that your addresses are correct.

Terms and Conditions
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, or Paypal. We may consent to selling to you under a net 30 day terms once a credit application has been completed in full and approved.
